All you need to know for legal, compliance, and trust.
Hydra-Hosting is owned by Hydra-Hosting of Nicola B.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of services provided by Hydra Hosting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). All customers, whether corporate entities or individuals (“Customer,” “Users”), must comply with these Terms. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to periodically review these Terms for updates. Hydra Hosting reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon being posted on our official website.
The contractual duration is determined by the Customer at the time of order placement (e.g., monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). Customers may request modifications to the billing cycle by contacting our official support via tickets or at [email protected]. For services such as Dedicated Server Hosting, Windows VPS, Linux VPS, Gaming VPS, and GameServer Hosting, the Customer may terminate the service at any time without additional obligations or penalties beyond the current billing period.
Customers are strictly prohibited from publicly disclosing, publishing, or sharing any non-public communications, including emails, support tickets, or direct messages exchanged with Hydra Hosting staff. Correspondingly, Hydra Hosting commits to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding Customer data and will not publish or disclose identifiable Customer information, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
Service activation typically occurs within a few hours, provided sufficient infrastructure availability. In instances of temporary hardware exhaustion, provisioning may require additional time; in such events, the Customer will be notified within independent SLA timeframes. All Customer information is subject to fraud verification. Hydra Hosting reserves the unilateral right to decline any order and strictly refuse service provision, accompanied by a full refund of the initial transaction.
Hydra Hosting allocates a 1Gbps uplink to its VPS instances. However, we reserve the right to temporarily limit or suspend VPS instances exceeding 1TB of daily traffic to ensure network stability, unless a prior traffic exception has been explicitly negotiated and authorized by our staff.
Windows Server environments (including 2012, 2016, and 2018) are provisioned with an unactivated trial period of 180 days. Procuring and activating a valid commercial software license prior to the expiration of the evaluation period is the sole legal responsibility of the Customer. Hydra Hosting acts solely as an infrastructure provider and does not sell or distribute proprietary Windows OS licenses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hydra Hosting shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, hardware failure, or business interruption. The Customer agrees that data backup and retention strategies are exclusively their responsibility; Hydra Hosting does not guarantee data redundancy or recovery services.
We accept payments through recognized gateways including Credit/Debit Cards, PaySafeCard, Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum), Bank Transfer, and PayPal. Hydra Hosting reserves the right to void transactions and refund payments originating from verifiable fraudulent sources or containing falsified Customer KYC data. Service renewals must be finalized on or before the specified due date. In the absence of timely payment, Hydra Hosting asserts the right to permanently terminate and securely erase the service(s) immediately following the expiration of the billing cycle without prior notice.
The Customer acknowledges that they use Hydra Hosting services entirely at their own risk. The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hydra Hosting and its personnel against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the Customer’s usage of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Technical support provided by Hydra Hosting is strictly limited to issues concerning the physical infrastructure, virtualization environment, network connectivity, and management portals we directly operate. We explicitly exclude management, troubleshooting, or support for third-party scripts, custom software, or operating system configurations maintained by the Customer.
Hydra Hosting retains the unencumbered right to suspend or terminate any service immediately if we reasonably suspect that the infrastructure is being utilized to host illegal content, violate copyright laws, or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or formal payment dispute initiated by the Customer via their financial institution or PayPal, Hydra Hosting reserves the right to instantly suspend all associated services and pursue civil damages equivalent to the administrative burden and chargeback fees incurred.
The deployment of the following forms of software is strictly banned and will result in immediate termination without refund: IRC scripts, open proxy servers, mail bombers, IP spoofing architectures, port scanners, SSH/Telnet brute-force tools, Hivemail, Botnet orchestration tools, manual or automated DDoS execution scripts, and CPU/RAM intensive cryptocurrency mining (unless explicitly permitted on Dedicated Server tiers).
Hydra Hosting operates a strict no-refund policy for digital assets and hosting environments once active provisioning has occurred. This is due to the non-recoverable initial investments associated with resource allocation, power consumption, network transit commitment, and third-party software licenses.
If a Customer cancels a service but fails to disable the recurring automated PayPal subscription, the Customer has a maximum of 48 hours to notify us and claim a refund for the erroneously processed charge. Claims submitted subsequent to this 48-hour window will be summarily denied.
Third parties alleging copyright infringement, illicit activity, or abuse originating from our network ranges must forward comprehensive, legally substantive notifications to [email protected]. Our Abuse Resolution Team will conduct an expedient internal investigation in compliance with applicable harboring laws.
While our proprietary infrastructure incorporates enterprise-grade volumetric DDoS mitigation shields, Hydra Hosting offers no absolute warranties against sophisticated attacks. Outages stemming from uncontrollable or targeted denial-of-service barrages do not constitute a breach of our uptime commitments.
In environments involving dedicated physical machines, significant hardware deterioration resulting from acute negligence or explicitly prohibited workloads (e.g., intensive Proof-of-Work disk thrashing) empowers Hydra Hosting to seek financial restitution reflective of the component replacement cost.
